I don’t know if it’s age, or increasing awareness about humanitarian, animal and environmental issues that is making me realize that there is truly no more time to waste.
I just completed a Yin Chakra teacher training which has given me so much more insights and depths into my yoga practice that I can’t wait to share it with others. And as a matter of fact, already have..
The following guided meditation is a very nice one to do at the end of a home yoga practice or in the evening before going to bed. It helps you clear your mind and prepare for either a good night rest or if you do it in the morning, you will start your day serene with less mind stuff and more space to be open to life’s daily signs and messages.
Krishnamacharya was an Indian yoga teacher, ayurvedic healer and scholar. He is often referred to as “The Father of Modern Yoga”.
I just ended a blissful yoga practice, the intense back bending at the end in urdhva dhanurasana boosted my energy and after a short night of sleep due to toddler twins, I felt uplifted again.
Our mind is the toughest thing to mold and melt. Even when trying to share the message of that most inner pure place in which we are all One, I still get influenced by the vritti (the chattering/fluctuations of the mind).
In our Two Day Workshop we will learn much more about these fluctuations and how they slowly start to melt as the “Real You” starts to shine brighter through these barriers which are holding us back from living our full potential. Together we will learn, laugh, eat insanely good foods, practice yoga, mindfulness and emotional intelligence and learn about Seva (selfless service).
The workshop will be held at Lumi Power Yoga in Hammersmith, London on the 30th and 31st of May and will include a vegan lunch on day 2 and wholesome snacks on both days.
Saturday the 30th: 1pm to 5.30 pm Sunday the 31st: 9am to 4.30pm

I was quite excited, they did change a few things here and there but that’s ok I guess.
